As a person with scoliosis, I always am weary of new workouts but Rikita took the time to research and create a reformer workout that gave me the full benefits. Postpartum, I struggled to regain my tone, but her classes lifted me up and helped me feel strong again. Working on the reformer has been a game-changer, and thanks to her, I've regained my strength and toning after baby. Plus it is a hard work-out which as a person who does high impact too. This toned other areas I had no idea I could do. Highly recommend!

As a Yoga Instructor, I practice regularly and aim to challenge myself, but this class worked my core and upper body in a whole new way. The precise movements and focus on control helped me engage muscles I don't typically activate in my yoga practice.
